This information is collected to ensure a safe, inclusive, and tailored experience. It enables us to:
· Deliver the agreed In Person Day service

· Comply with venue, safety, or insurance requirements
The legal basis for collecting this information is:
· Contractual necessity (to deliver the service)
· Consent (for health/disability details and media use)

Some data may be shared with third parties, such as venue staff or caterers, solely for the purposes of access or safety. All such sharing is minimal, relevant, and compliant with data protection laws.
In Person Day-related personal data will be retained for a period of 12 months following the session, unless required longer for legal or insurance reasons. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to lawful obligations.
