This agreement sets out the terms for attending the in-person In Person Day hosted by H Arlo=Harris (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a place, you (“you” or “participant”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
This is a private, limited-space event designed to offer high-touch support, personalised insights, and a shared transformational experience.
A full outline of the experience (including what’s included or excluded) will be provided on the event landing page or via email at the time of booking. By registering, you agree to the service as described at the time of payment.
Access: You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation unless otherwise specified.
You will be provided with joining instructions, access details, and what to bring closer to the time.
Your place is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the first agreed instalment.
You may choose to pay:
· In full prior to the event, or
· In two or three instalments, agreed in advance via email or checkout
All payments must be completed before the In Person Day takes place. This is not a credit agreement - the service is only delivered in full after payment is complete.
This event is non-refundable once booked, unless cancelled by us. If you’re unable to attend:
· You may transfer your place to another person with our prior approval
· At our discretion, we may offer you a partial credit toward a future service
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event in case of illness, venue disruption, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.
We aim to make this event as inclusive as possible. When booking, you will be invited to share any relevant dietary requirements, access needs, or medical considerations.
The venue will be assessed for:
Step-free access
Parking
Bathroom accessibility
Quiet areas (if applicable)
We will always do our best to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee full accessibility unless explicitly confirmed.

We create safe, respectful, and confidential spaces. By attending, you agree to:
Respect the privacy and identity of other participants
Participate in a way that honours the shared space
Not engage in any discriminatory, disruptive, or harmful behaviour
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event if conduct is deemed inappropriate or unsafe. No refund will be issued in these cases.
We may take photos, videos, or audio recordings during the event for promotional use. We will:
Inform you before recording
Never use identifiable media without your clear written or recorded consent
If you do not wish to appear in any media, please let us know in advance and we will ensure your preferences are respected.
We will process your personal data (name, contact details, access needs, etc.) in line with our Privacy Policy & addendum.
Information shared during the event will be treated confidentially and not disclosed outside the group without your express permission.
Sensitive data (e.g., dietary info or accessibility needs) is only collected to deliver the service safely and appropriately.
We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your travel to or from the event, or at the venue itself, unless caused by our negligence.
Please take reasonable care during your attendance. We recommend holding your own travel or event insurance, if appropriate.
Where In Person Days are held in public venues (e.g. theme parks, hotels, wellness retreats), the use of any rides, attractions, spa treatments, or third-party services is entirely at the participant’s discretion. You will be requested to sign a disclosure to confirm you understanding.
H Aro-Harris (or the facilitator) does not assume liability for any injury, delay, or loss arising from participation in these optional activities.
Participants accept full responsibility for their own safety, choices, and physical wellbeing during such activities.
While every effort is made to support your progress, results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your personal implementation, energy, and external circumstances - all of which are beyond our control.
We provides tool, insights, and frameworks - but do not promise specific income, client numbers, emotional outcomes, or business results.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
